3 Years - Pre-K5

preK girlChildren at this young age are fascinated by the computer, yet lack the experience and knowledge to get on and safely maneuver through the system. The need for guidance, education and instruction is essential at this age. What is successfully learned at one stage depends greatly upon what has been learned previously. If inferior skills are acquired it becomes a challenge to develop proficient skills later on. A solid foundation at an early stage is key to future achievements. The following topics are taught in a fun, interactive and stimulating manner.

Pre-K3

PC Care & Safety
• Students learn proper computer care and safety.

CompuWords
• New tech terms are introduced each session. The instructor and students use these words on a continual basis, through application, fostering vocabulary skills.

Mouse Mechanics
• Point & click
• Eye - hand coordination
 
Keyboarding
• Students become acquainted with the keyboard, learning various key functions and applications.
 
 

Pre-K4 and Pre-K5

KeyboardingpreK kids
• Microsoft Word is used on a continual basis to assist in keyboarding and word processing skills. Students become acquainted with the keyboard, learning variouos key functions and applications.
